Position Summary:
61 Define and executing local sales approach and align with global strategy.
61 Responsible for market study and demanding analysis, strengthen company’s
competitiveness and market share.
61 Lead local sales teams with clear targets, follow up via KPI and annual
objectives and give a regular and structured feedback to subordinates.
61 Establish the global Sales-Budget for local OI per Product groups and give
regular feedback.
61 Develop the sales forces and strengthen the competence of team members.
61 Participate in solving problems, proposes innovative solutions and support
his/her peers in their job whenever needed.
61 Responsible for agent management.
61 Report to the Product Group Sales Directors in a structured manner via
Sales KPI.
Job Duties:
61 Responsible for annual objectives set up and strategy definition, to make
sure the objectives can be fulfilled.
61 Develop close relationship with strategic customers, in particular but not
limited for the ANDRITZ China product groups.
61 The individual development of the Sales Team is a central point of work.
Make sure that recruiting, training and career planning are in line with the
business development.
61 Organize the local sales team to build up good relationship with customer.
61 Lead and participate to major contract negotiations.
61 Lead the local sales team to develop new market or new customers.
61 Bridge the customer demand to technology innovation to improve the overall
competition of Andritz Nonwoven
61 Lead the regular customer events such as new technical introduction,
interaction etc.
61 Lead the local team to dig out the hot point of the market to adjust the
sales strategy as aligned with global strategy.
