职位描述/ JOB DUTIES:This position will work on investigation and establishment validation/analysis capability of battery material key items of new energy solutions (lithium batteries, hydrogen fuel cells e.g.). And the position is required to engage in the daily validation jobs within chemical lab, as well as process management job.新能源相关：New energy solution related:1年内:Within 1 year：钻研新能源相关的技术及应用知识，定期向管理层及新能源领域相关的工程师汇报战略方向Study and research the new energy upgraded technology and applications. Report the new energy solutions strategy direction to engineers and leadership who are working related with new energy regularly.参考行业标准，开发内部的电池材料相关的检测流程Develop internal battery and fuel cell materials related validation procedures referring industrial standards.与内部客户建立紧密联系，帮助客户明确材料相关的检测需求Set up close communication with inner clients, help clients to clarify validation needs on material perspective.初步建立新能源材料相关的关键项目的检测能力，包括实验室场地策划，合规及设备选型，调试验收等Establish the validation capability for key items of new energy solution material related, including lab layout planning, regulation compliance and equipment selection/acceptance etc. 对于电池装配，测试等过程，明确安全相关要求Battery Safety procedures development in assembly and materials related tests与美国专家共同工作的机会，可能提供2到3个月的在美国技能培训Communicate with USA colleagues. Potential 2~3 months on job training in USA to learn the required skills and knowledge.2年内：Within 2 years 通过与内部客户紧密沟通及供应商现场访问、审核，发起并管理新能源解决方案相关的项目如电池质量提高，制造过程工艺优化，问题解决等。Communicating with company internal clients closely and process capability assessment for battery, hydrogen fuel cell suppliers, launch and organize the new energy solution projects on battery/ fuel cell quality improvement, manufacturing process, troubleshooting etc.进一步拓展材料检测能力，成为新能源材料相关的中国区的测试中心Expand material related testing capabilities and become the testing center for new energy materials in China region.3-5 年内：3~5 years:建立电池设计能力Develop battery design capability化学实验室日常检测，流程维护：Chemical lab daily validation, procedure maintenance:参与ISO17025流程维护，并支持ISO17025再认证Participate in ISO17025 process maintenance and support ISO17025 re-accreditation协助实验室的化学品管理及相关设备管理Assist in laboratory chemical management and related equipment management协助化学实验室相关检测，包括不限于金属样品相关微量元素，防腐蚀类测试（中性盐雾测试-SST，循环腐蚀测试-CCT）等Assist in chemical related tests, including not limited to metallurgical chemistry analysis, anti-corrosion tests (neutral salt spray test-SST, cyclic corrosion test-CCT) etc.协助非金属样品的相关性能测试，如拉伸，冲击，弯曲，老化等Assist in testing of nonmetallic properties tests such as tensile, impact, flexural, aging etc.协助维护和提高化学实验室的5SAssist in the 5S maintenance and improvement of the chemical laboratory任职要求/ BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE:Required skills and experiences教育背景：化学类专业本科及以上Education background: Major in chemistry related, bachelor or above is required良好的英语读写能力Good at English reading/writing熟悉办公软件如excel，word，power BI等Familiar with excel, word, PowerPoint, power BI etc.良好的沟通能力，团队合作精神Strong communication skill, teamwork spiritDesired skills and experiences项目管理技能优先Project management skill is preferred有ISO17025相关知识者优先ISO17025 related knowledge is preferred 职能类别：新能源电池工程师
